• Full Face mask are mandatory
• 2 girls running on ice at all times
• No Body Contact/Checking
• 2 periods 15 minutes running time (last 3 minutes of final period stop time)
• Penalties 2 minutes running time
• Must have 1 coach on the bench at all time
